Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. Beginning his career in television, Evans played roles such as Opposite and sex during 2000. Evans gained fame for his portrayal of the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 film Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans made further appearances in films based on comics and graphic novels such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2010) and Snowpiercer (2013). Evans gained more attention for the role he played as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War as well as the group films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). The work he did on the Marvel series made him one of the top-paid actors.
